Media Designer, Independent Filmmaker - Broadcast quality films about artists and Literary people, including streaming media for interactive rich media. Complete broadcast DV production and non-linear post-production facility utilizing Sony DVCAM DSR-300 and Matrox DigiSuite codec.

1988 - 1996: Ad Cable Time: Lake Tahoe NV -Owner / Operations Mgr / Agency-Broker Buys

Marketing/Sale of airtime on cable TV satellite avails. Producer of over 700 TV commercials. Operated local origination channel producing non-commercial/commercial local programming of community interest.

1982 - 1988: TeleCommunications Inc.(TCI – now AT&T) - Lake Tahoe NV

General Manager/Regional Manager

Managed a cable TV system of 20K+ subs and 30+ employees. Negotiated franchise agreements with local governments. Designed and constructed a complete TV production facility. As President of Nevada State Cable TV Assoc., I have drafted cable TV legislation along with lobbying Congress in Washington DC for cable TV deregulation.

Wrote and obtained a utility patent in 1990 in which he negotiated a Patent with PTO examiner. He has also obtained trademarks. Holder of numerous copyrights on films he has produced and is acquainted with intellectual property law.

HIs most recent film, "Man of Steel - the life and work of Lee Kelly"(1 hour), aired on PBS in 2000 (Oregon Public Television).
